what settles a dispute is a contemporaneous record. kipuly doesn't prove your client approved — their own confirmation email does that. it proves your side was filed when it happened and hasn't been touched since: the change order, dated; the client's email, attached the same day; the tap that approved it; and a hash chain that breaks if any entry is edited later. the pack verifies offline. we're evidence, not an e-signature service.

can it spend money without me?
